Returns are accepted as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and they have not been installed. Please contact us via email at email@example.com to start a return. Once we receive the email we will process the return and email you a bar code to affix to the box. Once the bar code is on the box you will be responsible to ship the item back to the address provided and send us tracking. As soon as the item is received and processed we will refund the total of the original purchase minus the $10 flat shipping fee from the original order. If any item arrives damaged or defective a call tag will be issued and a full refund will be issued once the item is returned to the warehouse.
